Modyari-Lahore 660kV DC transmission project is the key international project of "the belt and road initiative" China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, and the first DC transmission project in Pakistan. SIFANG's Protection Information Management System has been applied in this project. After the completion of the project, it will become the transmission line with the highest voltage level, the longest transmission distance and the largest transmission capacity in Pakistan, which will greatly alleviate the power shortage in Punjab province and Islamabad .
